Frustrierend sowas. Manchmal ist es schon doof dass die Autolobby die Politik so bei den Eiern hat. Man denke nur daran das Dienstwagenprivileg auch nur anzufassen. Muss nicht mal weg mach Spritschleudern einfach unattraktiver, heb die Prozente an oder so. Mehr Geld und vielleicht mehr E-Autos.
Wie kann Merz noch nicht mal Kanzler sein und die Groko mich schon so ankotzen?

@eru this whole thread leaves americans confused. But its not their fault tbh. Its the infrastructure that wholly car-dependant. I mean I would be car-dependant as well if not for that train that stops by this village every 30 min.
If not for that bigger city nearby this would likely not be the case anyway. They made a big push in the early 2000s to make an already laid train-track be better.

Though the english article is missing some info. I misses the whole section about electrification of the line in recent years (about 2020)
