@fristi @gettie divorces getting "easier" is generally a good thing I think. I dunno if it gets "abused" just maybe people tend to rush marriage and then regretting, which happened with a woman I tend to chat with nowadays.

I do think that romantically speaking a marriage is something beautiful. Though on the other side its a great commitment but also an achievement in society. Also has some benefits tied to it since its such a commitment as well.

The act of getting married and the honeymoon after it are likely one of the most beautiful things two people can share together. Though if it lasts is dependant on so many factors...

The marriage of my parents lasted a while for sure. 30 years for sure. But they lived themselves apart for sure and both of them seem happier with their new partner atleast.

I just think you generally should be sure before taking such big commitments. If I wanna get married myself? I dunno. I would need experience relationship first for that to eventually come across my mind

I've created a new soldering kit design for library makerspace students to get inducted on the electronics bench. Needed a larger design to avoid coin cell batteries. A few things to fix but really happy with how this one turned out!

@Jain just hacker things I guess. I mostly go away to do stuff with friends or look at stuff in the city. Mostly I am fine if the hotel has some sort of W-Lan and cell reception is okay. But not like thats any priority to me

@guyinaskirt america seems in a very weird state right more. I mean they always were somewhat hostile to immigrants. But them just picking out random people to bully even from Europe is something else.

Just make sure paperwork is good, visa is good and maybe have some contact in the US that knows and can confirm you are there because of work related stuff if needed.

It is kinda sad to think that a state that advertises "freedom" above all else would need these precautions but here we are. Can't just fly in in a skirt lol.
