stefanI wanted a photo of me in my cosplay and a drawn LLENN added to it. I really like the result. She looks so cute and I just like Haotos Style. Just look at LLENNs floofy hair. She isn't like super great with guns but with the shading P-Chan turned out great as well.
If you fell like it you can check her out. She is also doing Vtuber-Streams on Twitch and Youtube. She manly does drawing and Gaming there. As I write this she is live playing some Elden Ring.

my mental health had been in a terrible place the past 6 months, for reasons both personal and existential. which also resulted in me losing interest in my hobbies. It's been hard to even pick up a tablet, to draw a single line.
But hey, it always gets better, and it has been for me. Hope sprouts through after every worst day.

I know, there is a lot of masculinity trauma out there, we do live in a patriarchy after all. But I'm trying to heal, and finding myself in a bubble that virtuously embraces its trauma is not helping towards that goal.
The counter to toxic masculinity is healthy masculinity, not toxic antimasculinity.

This one is made of a dark grey fabric and it's extremely soft! More of a fabric for plushies than fursuits this time. Did I already mention it's ridiculously soft? Well if not, it's really soft. Still sturdy enough for a lot of traveling.

Ich denke es ist falsch sich rein auf die Dauer der Arbeit zu beschränken. Länger arbeiten heißt nicht produktiver sein. Ein einfacher Trugschluss. Man muss sich auch die Effizienz der getanen Arbeit.
Es ist (lt. Wiki ich hatte kein bock jetzt ewig zu recherchiren so sorry) ziemlich eindeutig dass in Deutschland vergleichsweise wenig gearbeitet selbst nach Zahlen von 2017 im Wiki sind wir unter den 66 gelisteten Ländern die LETZTEN! https://de.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liste_der_L%C3%A4nder_nach_Arbeitszeit#Rangliste mit so 1300 Stunden.
Wir sind allerdings ziemlich effizient. Rang 14 unweit der USA auf Rang 12: https://de.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liste_der_L%C3%A4nder_nach_Arbeitsproduktivit%C3%A4t#Rangliste

Ob eine längere oder mehr Arbeit auch produktiver wird wage ich zu bezweifeln. Man ist je länger man da ist auch abgelenkter unkonzentriert oder einfach auch fertig. Man sollte denke ich lieber weiter daran feilen noch effizienter zu werden. Die Beschäftigten glücklich zu halten. Teilzeit, Homeoffice etc. Gerade beim Homeoffice gibt es große Potentiale was Effizienz im Büro angeht.
Man könnte dafür sorgen dass Menschen weniger krank werden von der Arbeit gerade in anstregenden Berufen etc.
Aber was unser Kanzler. Bashing auf die Arbeitnehmerschaft with no fucks given und ohne Plan. Es ist fast schon traurig mitanzusehen wie die CDU dieses Land in eine Rolle rückwärts zwingen will. Seien es die Grenzen, so ein Blödsinn oder die Idee mehr Gaskraftwerke zu bauen. Wer hat denen ins Hirn gekackt. von Wirtschaft keine Ahnung! Setzen 6!
