Geht toll weiter im Goblin Slayer.
Zum einen gibt es so eine Art Pferderennen mit den Kentauren-Mädels. Es ist wie so einen Pferderennen nur ohne Jockey weil die Teilnehemerinnen halt halb Mensch halb Pferd sind.
Aber die Gewinnerin gefällt mir. So ein bisschen Tomboy und Prizenhaft. Richtige Chameurin (und steht nur auf Frauen, hehe)
Und es gibt in der Stadt des Wassers ein Casino. Natürlich mit Bunnygirls. Ist schon witzig Elfen im Bunnykostüm zu sehen. Mit den Fake-Ohren aufm Kopf und den langen normalen Ohren.

Also warum nicht mit euch Teilen und ein paar Gedanken dazu machen.
Im Grunde sind hier drei Sachen. Ein Killstar gestricker Pulli, neue Overknee High Heels und ein paar braune Kniehohe Stiefel.
Die High Heels sind von Erogance und eine kleine Alternative zu den Pleasern die ich sonst gerne mal kaufe. Die Größe ist ziemlich ähnlich immerhin. Die Stiefel gefallen mir relativ gut. Auch wenn ich die wohl nicht draußen tragen mag. Sind aber nett gemacht mit dem Kunstleder für den Schaft und dem glänzenden Heel und Platform ^^
Die braunen Stiefel sind mir direkt ins Auge gefallen. Solche habe ich länger gesucht. Braune Stiefel aus Kunstleder im Wildleder Look. Die werden sich super machen in einem Cosplay der Hochelfen-Bogenschützin von Goblin Slayer. Da freu ich mich drauf. Wann ich aber dazu komme das Cosplay zu machen I dunno.
Das letzte Teil ist der Killstar-Pulli im Strick Look. Das Teil sah online auf Vinted sehr gut aus. Ich bin aber nicht sicher ob ich das Teil behalten möchte oder nicht. Es ist ein nettes Teil aber ich hätte mir gewünscht dass es nicht ganz so dick wäre. Der Pulli ist leider etwas dick. Ich find aber die Details mit den Schnüren nice. Vor allem weil man einfach nicht alles zu machen kann und die Hotpants so ein bisschen rausschauen wie auf den Fotos.
Aber weil er so dick ist werd ich den wohl kaum tragen können.

LND@shark.lightnovel-dungeon.deJa der Account hier lebt noch :D Ich hab mal wieder Lust gehabt was zu lesen. Und die Entscheidung musste zwischen Blade & Bastard Band 3 fallen und Goblin Slayer Band 15.
Ich hab mich dann doch für den Goblin Slayer entschieden. Und enttäuscht werde ich da eigentlich nie. Ich liebe die Geschichten, die Welt und die Charaktere.
Diesmal gehts wohl um die Rettung einer Kentauren-Prinzessin. (Und beim durchblättern der Illus um zu sehen ob ich das Buch gelesen habe gibts wohl auch Bunny-Suits 👀)
Darum gehts mir nicht mal. Sondern um den “Schwarzen Schwertkämpfer” Früher wurde dieser Figur als Kämpfer mit einem großen, breiten Schwert verehrt.
Aber im Buch heißt es dann auch, dass die Zeiten sich ändern würden. Heutzutage läge es im Trend ihn als einen “Schönling mit zwei dünnen Schwertern zu sehen”
Wer das nur sein kann?!
(Ich bin mir ziemlich sicher dass das ein Nod richtig Kirito aus SAO sein muss, aber maybe not?)

Got reality checked again with baseball-bat by numbers from our controlling department. It sure is great for mental health to hear that you are working to slow and having the evidence on hand as well to back that one up.
Basic premise is that work tracking how many tax declarations we turn over (basically going from the declaration to a proper tax notice) each month for any given team. To further get to know how we stand any given month personally we shall record any declaration we finish into a notice for ourselves and then turn them in to a anonymous list. Just so we can keep track of how stuff is going for ourselves.
we basically split our team in two or maybe three ways. There is one split between declarations from "normal" workers and stuff like businesses, rental income and other stuff like that.
The part that does workers shall turn around more cases than the rest since its generally easier (with certain exceptions).
The cases for business and stuff are splitted again into easier stuff and more difficult cases (I am here!)
Overall the quota is to turn around an average of about 3-4 per day or about 74 a month.
Data shows that our team is not hitting the numbers when it comes to cases with businesses, rentals, pensioners and the like
Well I am pretty sure I am part of the problem, since I do struggle to meat my quota... Which is kinda dumb to think about. Atleast thats what my recordings tell me.
Now I feel a little beat down over it. I mean yeah its not only my fault but I ain't helping the problem...
I mean sure I did take on that new position 4 months ago and changed office as well. So surely there is some effiency to be gained with more experience, but I dunno if thats enough. Seems like the "easy way out" and "looking for something else" as the cause of my problems.
Doesn't really help that I was never that fast of a worker in my field anyway. There is always a tradeoff between speed and quality and I generally tend to lean to the side of quality, which I sometimes think is not valued enough in my current position but I do also get you need to make numbers so taxation stays "profitable" and work does not stack up and you end up with a longer and longer turnaround-time...
Its a struggle for sure. And I am having my doubts again if I am really the right person for the job. Doesn't help this is an ongoing problem....
For now I guess I should focus more on work when at work (and browse less on the smartphone, man I might need to work on that lol) Seems like a good place to start atleast.
