@Flaky as if fedi ever had a really good image in the mainstream to begin with.

There is always something "wrong" with us seemingly. Its either to "nerdy", to complicated, or something else that people like to nitpick.

I found a cozy place for myself, met extremely nice people and happy in my little corner of the internet. I can be myself here.

I am often unsure if I ever want "mainstream" attention in a big way. It would in my eyes maybe even break what makes fedi great. Its quirkyness and uniqueness.

I can hear some horrorstories. I don't want these here. I can though tolerate other people expressing themselves. Even with NSFW stuff. Mostly its properly tagged and CW'ed so I don't see a problem with that personally.

Maybe just don't care enough for an "image"

Share some fits when you have them together though! I am not into Rock myself but have a friend that is metal head. Just the loveliest people although they may look "different" from a "normal" standpoint

@guyinaskirt It will mostly be a matter of occasion tbh. They will be worn to that CSD on saturday with this exact Outifit. Very much out there. As one should be on a CSD

I like these very much. I think I might get the same boots again but with a shorter shaft heighr so it would be easier to wear the beauties (or shorter lookalikes) in summer. Otherwise I might sweat a bit too much in those long boots.

Occasions are a bit rare for me so I might run into a problem quick. Which shoe do I wanna wear for that occasion xD

@alexseifert Looking cozy today. And yes I love the look of fleece-tights. They look like normal see-through tights but keep you super warm (and you do not need to shave )

@ritahayuni I dunno tbh I did not dare to look at other people too much because of anxiety.

But yeah the looks and wears so lovely tbh. The boots are somewhat comfy and the tights and coat look awesome and keep me warm in that weater no problem. Without the anxiety.

When I feel a little safer I will definietly enjoy myself in an outfit like this. I love the outfit so much as well.

@alexseifert Man blisters are the worst. I managed to get away without any so far. By being a bit smart. I am no fan of open top shoes (so no lacing straps or anything) since I don't like the look of those anyway.

In boots (of any shaft height). You can get away with socks easily since it won't disturb the outfit.

Some outfits like that maid dress I work on look better with tights in the shoes directly though. So I like to have some strap to secure them better so my foot does not move around as much while walking to prevent blisters.

Most of the time my problem is more that I tend to get abbrasion between my thigh and crotch-region. So I hope those cycling shorts will help there as they have no seam that region that can rub.
