@Baa and yet the people doing the hammering and stuff need functioning computers to do their jobs and get paid as well.

Sure you may do all the stuff of say accounting manually but thats not feasable. Especially when it its into your time where could make money instead.

You are also doing real work. Maybe just not as tangable as handicrafts

@rick Soo... Wero Install when?

I am on the fence about Wero but lots of shops don't take it and it requires the use of an App seemingly. Which I don't really want to use on a rooted android

@alexseifert I mean I did run around in like 6 or 7.5cm heels already on some occasions. You do learn stuff as time goes on for sure.

I was mostly quite lucky when it comes to blisters. Though being prepared is always a good idea. ^^'

Stopping your feet from sliding around in the shoes does help prevent blisters quite good. Its also a reason I love Heels which you can really secure with laces.

When I was in Utrecht with a friend I went out in some nice blocky heels with only pantyhose on and then the heels. We walked like I think 1km from the hotel to the station.

I noticed there I will certainly be problems like that down the line. So went into a primark and I found some "Blister Resist Socks". Basically some thicker like 2 layered socks. They worked well. Though you really need space for them in the shoes. Which I had.

I then spend most of the day running around in heels through the city. Though before dinner I did change into sneakers just to prevent bad stuff lol. I enjoyed that day so much. Meeting friends, talking, having fun. Looking at myself in all the shop-windows. I was so cute!

@alexseifert The big plan was to wear them to a con next year with that skirt I am making atm. So if I can manage CSD in them the event might be doable (maybe since cons require lots more walking) But I will have tested them on cobblestone as well after this weekend

@alexseifert I hope so (so much tbh). There is a part of me that wants to be seen strolling around in these beauties. Also bought some insoles that hopefully help me out as the shoes were quite big anyway.

I will take a backpack with some sneakers with me though for safety. I could then atleast easily change if needed.

I still don't get how women do this blobcatjoy

@alexseifert @RJCA_PT Hopefully it is. Though I can tell you more on the boots on friday I guess as I wanted also to visit some queer cafe in them. Just to get a feel for them before "commiting" a full day with them (I can always carry sneakers with or change on premise tbh)

@alexseifert @RJCA_PT I will have to see if I die in those boots I shown off recently. A nice CSD coming op on the weekend and they want to be worn out lol.

Johann Sebastian Staedtler 🇨🇦

I attended a meetup in Toronto last night for drawing & sketching, and the theme was Autumn Bingo: draw a fall scene, after which the organizers call out a series of things and you count how many of them you managed to put in your drawing.

I did not have enough time to pack mine full of *everything* and I only got 2 points 😑 (I had leaves and a squirrel, but I was missing apples, acorns, and a scarecrow)

More beep boop experiments

This is a super simple 6 step sequence with a pedal tone but I accidentally had the 2nd step disabled and it sounds fire

@aetios @puniko Literally flooding the zone with shit I suppose.

If you talk enough shit someone might actually believe it. That all of this is bullshit might be clear to you and me but the right tries to frame antifa as this big boogieman to get into power.

Fear and uncertainty work well for that.

The rightoids here in Germany are trying to do the same as in the US. (serious)

Because thats something this country needed /s
