@NeonPurpleStar you cannot win that one. Rule 34 will always prevail.

But have some cute Silksong-Art instead? neocat_pleading

@aetios nawww she just wants you to be there. ❤️ neocat_laugh

I am from a russian family and birthdays are really an important thing. ^^" You invite family and have a good time together eating, drinking, celebrating.

Maybe you can make it work though. blobcatheart

@aetios just can be diffucult to find the right bobbin when you don't have a correct one to compare to.

btw the serger will likely use a few threads at the same time. Big cone shaped ones. You can use them on normal machines as well. Might need some holder though. (easy 3D-Print tbh)

Also get yourself some new needles with a used machine and replace it after buying one.

Same might be useful for the overlock as well (though I dunno how easy its to change on that one)

@aetios Reminds of that 20€ sewing machine I bought some time ago. As long as it stitches straight and tension is not super messed up you should be good.

It might be a bit rattly but thats fine.

Also make sure you get atleast one fitting bobbin (thingie for the bottom-thread)

@aetios Hahaha true. If you are looking for something cheaper you might wanna go with something used. Though have a look at them first that they are in a good enough condition

@aetios Do you need a sewing machine for those?

@aetios Oh nice. I know my mom has overlock at home (she is an actual Tailor for women and children or used to be anyway)

Though the overlock alone might not be enough for sewing. Overlocks are really great for serging though.

Never had one myself so I dunno if they can do normal straight stitch as well.
