Next time you hear someone say, "We have a shortage of ____" (teachers, nurses, a particular STEM role, whatever), think about the first time you heard someone say that about that role.

If it was longer ago than the time it takes to train a new entrant, get a certification, or complete a relevant degree, then there is no shortage of personnel; there's a shortage of willingness to pay people what their work is worth.

Ich kenn mich leider nicht mit der Bundeswehr ich arbeite da nicht. Aber anstatt mich zu korrigieren und mir Gründe zu nennen warum sich die Bundeswehr auf Software von SAP oder Google verlassen sollte... meh tolles Argument. Ich hab weder Zeit noch Lust dazu.

Darfst dich gerne auf meiner Blockliste wiederfinden. Ich bin gerne für Diskussionen zu haben, sag mir gerne auch das unrecht habe und gib mir was zum lernen.

Im Übrigen es würde auch ohne SAP / Google gehen. Das ist eine Cloud-Lösung auf einem airgapped system.

Die Deutsche Finanzverwaltung schreibt ihre Programme für das wichtigste Zeug auch selbst ansonsten wird das Zeug selbst gehostet (Leider auch auf Outlook und Sharepoint) Und auch hier meine ich diese Abhängigkeit ist nicht toll. Änderungen brauchen lange weil die Systeme schon in-place sind. Hier wollte die Bundeswehr etwas neues hochziehen und entscheidet sich dennoch für closed-source lösungen... Oh well.
