@silt @mia @zvava That would be the effect if all goes right. What could also happen is that FOSS as whole might get a lot more unattractive for maintainers.
Might also demotivate a lot of people who did not sign up to deal with shit like clankers running rogue for internet brownie. If you add the fact FOSS maintainers are regularly underfunded you might easily end up at a point where its just not worth it anyway to have to deal with all the slop.

Hello chemists of Fédi!
I’m trying fabric bleach painting and last time I made a horrible mistake. I’ve done more research, but I need to be sure: can I use hydrogen peroxide to ‘neutralize’ the bleach from clothes? without making horrible things?
