@toast imagine being born in a country that does not exist anymore Sure would be fun.

@ruawhitepaw hands down a very useful feature though. Especially with multiple Monitors.

I do very much feel like gnome will thrive on the mobile side of things like smartphones and tablets

@weebdeluxe Certainly someone else might have a good idea as well for something better.

Scrivener is certainly more advanced than LibreOffice which is just an office program.

If you need the organization stuff scrivener has then you certainly needed something with more features

@weebdeluxe I am no big writer but LibreOffice was always good to me.

@weebdeluxe I was just asking since when you need syncing you are more likely then not looking at some web-app thing.

But maybe even LibreOffice can do that for you already with Fullscreen-Mode and maybe Langauagetool for better Spell-Checking. Put Linux into no Disturb and you should be good tbh.

There is stuff like Focuswriter (https://gottcode.org/focuswriter/) as well but I got turned off really fast as I saw you cannot adjust the font or size of it...

But if you don't really need any organization features to organize your novels something as simple could work?
