@bazkie How do you think we are writing atm?
spoiler I don't use mastodon but with the magic of activitypub the different softwares of the fediverse understand eachother.
As long as masto keeps activitypub all should be good.
but tbh I do not see mastodon going down that direction anyway. Eugen always was 100% of that and even though he is not totally in charge of mastodon GmbH I don't see this happening.

Atleast there is some clear notice on the logos in the software itself.
