@Johann150 Ich kann dir leider nicht 100% sagen wo das genau geregelt ist kann sein die bezieht sich hier auf das andere Gesetz me dunno. Ich mach keine Vollstreckung tbh.
Und für mich gibt es Zwangsgelder (Mehrzahl) einfach deswegen weil jede einzelne Handlung mit einem solchen belegt werden kann :D
Untersagung eines Gewerbes als nächsten möglichen Schritt meinte ich. Aber kannst dir wegdenken

@Johann150 okay mal meine Lösung wie sie bei der Abgabe von Steuererklärungen zu nehmen wäre.
a) Zwangsgelder sind zu erstatten da die geforderte Handlung vor Zahlung/Vollstreckung erbracht wurde
b) A hat Pech Zwangsgeld wird einbehalten. Handlung erst nach Zahlung
c) eigentlich wie b) aber weitere Zwangsmasnahmen möglich bzgl. E2 ggf auch untersagung mögl.
d) Festsetzung des Zwangsgeldes für E1 ist rechtswidrig und wieder aufzuheben da rechtsgrund entfallen ist. Zwangsgelf gegen E2 bleibt bestehen und wird nicht zurückgezahlt.
Ist mir auch egal ob das hier nicht stimmt

@luap42 @Johann150 Im Steuerrecht kann ich alles :P Vor allem weil es hier nicht um die Beitreibung einer Geldforderung geht

@Johann150 @luap42 kann mir also kaum vorstellen dass das sich bei Zwangsgeldern unterscheiden sollte da beides auf die Handlung, Duldung oder Unterlassung einer bestimmten Sache zielt.

@Johann150 @luap42 sollte sicherlich relativ ähnlich sein vom Anwendungsgebiet. Die vollstreckung solcher Zwangsgelder ist ja zivilrecht more or less

@Johann150 @luap42 Ich hab Steuerrecht studiert und kein Jura. Das war mehr so ein Seitenhieb gegen Leute die sich für Verwaltungsrecht interessieren

@SuperDicq @forestcat @subnetter I dunno the specifics on that workshop but still it might be a valid thing to have workshops where no cis-men are present. Fears and anxiety exist you know.
Programming and PC stuff is a very male-dominated field. So having a few workshops that target flinta only is valuable since they are marginalized in the field in general.
Is not the nicest thing not include you in this specific example? Maybe. But there may be a justification.
Like having other people be able to take part in a workshop when they otherwise could not.
I don't see this as hostile to you espcially but maybe as a "having something for a subset of people as well"
And again I dunno if its worth to die on that hill. Just because some of the workshops may not be open to you.
