Just a normal bunny-boy (not really) with a cute pink hat
I do stuff with taxes for a living and occasionally touch server-stuff for a hobby (when I am not banging my head against it and want to throw it out the window)

I love dressing girly occasionally, call me crossdresser. All future pics for that will be posted on my picdump-account on my sharkey-instance: https://shark.lightnovel-dungeon.de/@stefan (I will vet the followings there)

I also love sewing and reading (Light Novels especially)
@quad @icedquinn setting it to -10 makes it black and white as well neobun_llenn_lul

Maybe if I find the time I will go digging a bit

@quad @icedquinn Could not find something to set the default in pocketbook-reader sadly. You might maybe change it when digging through the files of the reader itself? bunhdthink

@quad @icedquinn Which is fine I guess. I just did not like how the color pages looked on the stock-reader

So I came to terms with koreader since it has upside for me dictionaries and OPDS

@quad @icedquinn I usually need to open koreader itself to open my books instead of tapping the book on the homescreen so that might be why?

@quad @icedquinn I did find options though to have the back button go back to the file browser

and you can as well change the tapping zones so the bottom goes to next page only

@quad @icedquinn I am very much a button user so this was a non-issue for sure. Forward and back button and the on/off is also the menu button.

I am just very much annoyed by the lack of integration for sure.

@quad norway being the butt of jokes again I see. They are quite common to come by in germany even in bookstores. But thats a given I guess for a swiss company neocat_sweat

@quad @icedquinn I guess you just go way more into the weeds on that stuff then I do then. I use mine almost stock other than adding my OPDS thingie via a config file. Using the buttons to navigate the book. And I don't really care for much else.

@quad thats why I do enjoy the 8" more tbh. Sized a bit better for manga and for LN the size not a problem., Though I had the B/W 6" for a long time

@icedquinn @quad the inkpads I think have a little more grunt to them. I know the small color one its really that slow to use those older color einks generally are not great

@quad I could show you how it might look on an 8" pocketbook. I have one here. The real estate does help with manga I think

@quad @icedquinn there is also to consider the color is half-res compared to b/w

@quad @icedquinn You can have a very minimal display in Koreader though?

Also dunno if it might look more digital since the stock-reader blasts the contrast?
