@chjara @epsi I mean I do know farmers sure. Not like the big industrial kind but also not the small organic farmer variety.

I understand that. You need quite the big plot of land and expensive machinery to grow enough shit to be able to make good money for yourself. Though the farmers I know worked themselves a lot on the field and stables as well. And their kids also.

But I am also aware how exploitative the industry is to harvest workers in all. Like doing everything to dump the costs for them like begging the german government to not apply minimum wage to these workers and also not have them be in the social security system (which costs the farmer money since he has to pay some of it)

But man these farmers sure got a lever to pull with politics. Their lobby is insane. Though one of these people is also heading germanys agricultural ministary so things get easier to them.

But yeah I guess the "but food will get more expensive" works very well...

Even for stuff that does not really make the farmers too much work when talking compliance...

I got the hat for the set now as well. Very cute indeed

A little top hat with cute bunny-ears. Though I do get the feeling it kinda wants to be worn with a wig to keep it in place with the hairnet the wigs come with.

The hat itself feels kinda heavy. Here I used a hairband to clip it onto so it would stay in place and not pull my hair out. Those big clips are demons lol.

@epsi You see I do see some merit with farmers familys having earned their wealth to a certain point. From what I remember usually every family member is expected to contribute to the success of a farm when they are able to work basically. And they work a lot as well.

I dunno how many generations down the line you still would consider this earned wealth or not.

@lyli Every cosplayer will tell you that can get very stuffy and overheating is a thing. Though likely wigs of real will do better than your plastic cosplay stuff
