I can't relate too much on the dysphoria part. Since I am AMAB and feel right that way. I just like dressing a little different and extra.

But confidence really helps looking at oneself in another light. I had that lovely trans-person take me out in skirt and all even a dress. Gave me much confidence as well. As well as having other people help me putting together outfits and stuff.

Getting so much positive feedback really helped me feel good and confident in my outfits
