@mitsunee @sigmasternchen I mean I did only do the easier sorts of alterations really. Making stuff bigger / wider kinda sucks since you need to add fabric.

Its always easier to take stuff/ make it shorter since you take away stuff thats already there.

Yeah the J-Fashion do be expensive though there are certainly cheaper alternatives in Chinese stuff that also fit a bit more inclusively.

The skirt is really great. A piece from a genuine japanese Lolita-Brand (Innocent World). Normally Lolita-Stuff comes as as Jumper Skirts (JSK)

Sadly those often do not fit a male body-type, especially since its a japanese fashion

So the bodice part (upper part of the dress) often does not fit me. Bodice too short.

So I was *very* happy to find this one as a skirt only.

Even though it really was not made to fit me either... So a bit of sewing a wider waistband later it fits. Even though I was kinda lazy and and did not pull off the whole waistband to make it wider.

I really did not feel like laying new pleats tbh. The backside had some elastic so I could use that section to make it wider.

So the geometry of the skirt is slightly shifted. Mostly seen by the zipper now being in the front than the side.

But it turned out well tbh. Not perfect but there is a bow on the back to hide it a bit lol.

Although it was kinda scary to cut up such a expensive. The whole set of skirt, two headbands and that matching bow was 100€
