@Jain @Johann150 tbh so “normale” Gesetze die für jedermann verständlich sein sollen, wie etwa das Bürgerliche Gesetzbuch sind an sich nicht schwierig geschrieben. Nur die Juristerei hat aus den Gesetzen eben auch im Rahmen der Gerichte mehr Grundsätze entwickelt die für Laien wenig verständlich werden.

Wirf dann noch lateinisch rein, was imho völlig unnötig ist und dann haste den Salat. Aber man muss ja irgendwie beweisen dass sich das Jura-Studium lohnt und das ganze latein eigentlich nur unnötig ist.

Ich hatte da so ein paar profs die ich so gehasst hab dafür dass sie so gerne in Latein abdriften. Manche von den Dingern verfolgen mich heute noch. lex specialis shudders (Im grunde beschreibt dies nur dass eine spezielle Regelung einer allgemeinen vorgeht)

Aber ich bin mir sicher Leute die actual Jura studiert haben. ich meine felifeli war doch in dem Bereich unterwegs

Maybe bin ich einfach zu deep im Gesetzes rabbit-hole drin Aber meine Güte hab ich allgemeines Recht immer so gehasst weil Juristen immer so mit Latein um die Ecke kommen müssen um schlau zu klingen...

I was asked by a family member why it was taking so long to paste something large into a new Microsoft Word document on their computer, I sarcastically replied it was because it takes a while to upload it all to the copilot AI nonense first. And then I realized accidentally I might be right...I disabled copilot in Word and it went back to being instant again

So that's cool that Microsoft seems uploading everything you paste into a new Word doc to their servers now.
