I am sooo looking forward to the stuff that is still on its way (will likely be here soon)

The first three things coming from aliexpress while the fancy dress is from vinted.

I really wanted something more pompous and out there in my closet.

The first one is just a really nice Lolita-Sytle dress in my favorite color combo. I really hope it looks at least somewhat like on that pic, You never know I guess.

The skirt is also (seemingly) lolita-style. I was endeared by the asymetric design being shorter at the front and longer on the back. I am interested how that one might look on me xD.

Number 3 is just a nice pair of cute boots with a high heels and some red action going on. Not really for everyday or outside but OMG will they likely look lovely with that lolita-dress and the skirt for some photos.

The dress I am also very very exited for. I never had a fancy ball-gown dress (not mine atleast I did get to try my sisters and my god did I feel fancy) I am looking so much forward to this.

well a part of the delivery came of the bunch of stuff I ordered. Some lovely High Heels, a skirt and a lolita dress are on the way from aliexpress as well.

The other one is a really, really fancy dress I ordered up on vinted.

But in this post I ordered up some other niceties.

Some very glittery Aqua-colored boots from Koi Footwear.
Some fun overknee-stockings with a zipper on the back and some cuffs for the legs (I am litterally unsure what they are called lol)

Tbh I kinda like the glittery Boots but the color is not really fitting the rest of my wardrobem but for this outfit they are the start of the show for sure. I styled the rest rather modestly (well as modest as some hot-pants can be 😜) so the booties really pop.

I would kill to have these in red. Although the glitter is really everywhere now lol.

The cuffs also are fun even if they are kinda tight for me lol.

I won't really comment further on the scabies stuff since medical stuff event-planning since I do not have the knowledge needed for that. i just know from reading up that a scabies test is way more difficult than say a covid test. So I cannot tell you how you could prevent this stuff.

Other than that I feel kinda sorry that you have to kinda keep your guard up even at c3. But yeah I guess the organizers are either not aware this an issue or are ignoring it. I would obviously go with the first asumption for now.

One would assume though that this stuff is handled differently in a community which is filled with many marginalized people. Or people who are just different.

its good to hear that you could find people you are comfy with though.

And there are other events that are also hacker-related but have a different smaller vibe as well. I did make my mind to visit eth0 next year since it seems rather comfy tbh. And my friends will be there as well making it more comfy even. I dunno if you were around there last year but I do remember some people of CCCHH were around last year.
