@Jain @Erpel Ich hab selber KI jetzt net soo benutzt aber im Kontext wird das doch gerne mal verwendet. Auch in Comics zu KI von David Revoy. Wo das aber genau herkommt weiß ich net. Vermutlich hat ein KI-Anbieter (Gemini maybe?) Angefangen das als Symbol zu nehmen?

The musings on the mantle continue...

Talked to one of my older collegues. You has kids and stuff and has just in general more experience with this stuff.

She meant to me it have been for the detergent used it bleed color in general (I used universal gel detergent from Frosch). A fine detergent or some color detergent would have been better (The more you know)

We talked about using some bleaching-detergent, but that might kill the black as well so might not be the best idea...

I guess I still will give it a shot with some of the white vanish stuff and try to first hang a piece of the ear into and see what happens and how much the black on the backside of the ear might suffer.

Other than that these are my options:

- bring it to a professional wash-salon (but since t likely cannot be cleaned chemically I have not too much hope they can help?)
- sew on new fluff (I could do that but that sounds like a hell I do not wanna go down if not absolutely needed)
- dye the white fluff in some color, likely some stronger but grey so it looks intentional. Though there is the question if the lace on the mantle will take on color well or not.

I guess for now I will test what vanish does to the fluff and black backside and decide from there.

I guess I will grab some washing machine cleanser (maybe my washing is also kinda dirty?) seems like a good idea to use a cleaner there as well... and some vanish (for white stuff). Maybe the bleach and optical whitener in that stuff can bring the white back. Therenis some hope...

I might have created a predicament for me here.... regarding laundry.

Well I decided to wash my bunny ear mantle this weekend. (This one here: https://akko.lightnovel-dungeon.de/notice/B0EHcU2So2RSCjEj7w)

The fake fur was very white obviously and you cant really remove it. I did throw it into the washing machine together with some other black stuff, that was washed multiple times already and should not have bleed really. The settings were also proper temp and program-wise.

Yet taking out the mantle the fur (and only that) seems to taken on a grey haze (it certainly is not as white as beforehand)

I washed it again with some of these whitening sheets you can get, but that does not seem to really help all that much sadly.

My last hope is really that this comes from being wet and all. But if not... I am very dissapointed in myself to not have taken better care during the wash

So uhm. If it really has a grey haze to it now... is there something I can to get it white again?

I got a massive stack of fabric now. Great stuff. Just very much much serging to do on all of these.

Also my living room looks kinda messy small fabric pieces and thread everywhere lol.

Sry i haven't been posting much - been doing relatively okay but have been drawing my main comic (i want to be a cute anime girl) so i haven't be able to spare much time for silli comics.

@AzulCrescent Uhm I don't even have autism and managed to sink a whole day into City Skylines.

And I mean the WHOLE FUCKING DAY! Oh my I did not even drink or eat properly and went to bed super late (its was the next day as well )

Well that game is now in the "do not touch ever" pile

Did not get everything cut today, but most the stuff. I am really just missing cutting the black and white fabric for the chenille-panels. I guess thats to be done tomorrow.

And then there will be lots of serging on all of those panels. Not hard but I have many panels to do it too.

Maybe I can can also do some of the chenille panels. I will see.

Some cutting of fabric to be done today. Already cut out the illusive bollenhut-fabric and some lovely fox-fabric (though it says its from wolf-project, they do kinda look like foxes?). Fabric from japan as well.

@mametsuko and @volpeon will surely enjoy the japanese wolf/fox-fabric. Mlem-included!

Now onto some cutting tartan fabrics!
