@epsi I know also that stuff can take time (sometimes even too much and I can loose interest in a project)

But some stuff really makes me think: This might have been worth the effort even though it takes a lot of time. But seeing you imagined having coming to life is... pretty nice.

I do enjoy doing some sewing the last couple years. Its mostly a thing I can express myself being cute looking cute and having something tangiable. Something to be proud.

Obviously I am no master at sewing each project has its little mistakes I would love to not have made. But its always something new learned.

I like doing sewing for special stuff like the cosplay, the maid-dress and that special outfit with that skirt I am working on.

The cosplay was pretty expensive in material (well the light pink jeans fabric was kinda expensive) but the cotton is so nice and sturdy. Lived through some washes now just fine. Polyester would be cheaper but can get ultra stuffy as well in the heat.

But the biggest thing is Stuff actually fits rather nice.

Also sewing can be a nice skill to have. Repairing some stuff (well not the best job made but the jeans can worn for longer) and altering stuff (the bunny costume turned out so much better with just 2 seams making it more square).

I guess all I wanna say. Learning a new skill can be very worthwhile. I hope you continue your "traditional" art journey.
