@jsstaedtler Ufff when the introvertedness fires back big time. Brain can be so shitty and destructive when left alone with these thoughts. First you need a huggie 
Second you really need something to keep you a little bit busy that is also social in nature.
I guess you did try some counseling sessions with a therapist?
What also generally seems to help is finding people with a common interest to make bonding easier ^^
(Yeah I know very basic)
Sitting and moping is not the way for sure. You need to get out there!

@mametsuko True same here. Brain was like "lets overthink some mistakes from friday" I did sleep well enough but it being monday does not help
