@Johann150 basically this. Depending on the PC and knowledge both are fine. Personally I would use Mint with Cinnamon. It has a nice look and feel for windows users and is not as customizable as KDE. KDE might feel a bit overwhelming for my tastes.

Mint and Cinnamon feels like the safe choice to me.

@moppi Ein Haus oder eine Wohnung zu kaufen ist grad mehr ein Luxus als jemals. Häuser/ Wohnungen zu teuer, Zinsen zu hoch.

Normalerweise müssten die Zinsen für einen Abfall der Preise sorgen aber so wirklich ist das noch nicht passiert. Wobei zumindest Häuser mit Ölheizungen wohl net soooo gut gehen.

Man muss extrem Glück haben was guten zu einem guten Preis zu haben. Hatten wir mit dem Haus das meine Mutter und mein Bruder gekauft haben. 140m² nicht mal 300k und (damals 2015) Brandneu
