@pixel I bet my ass of they will this as "See this what that bad bad EU wants us to use" to try and rally against the regulation 🙄

Like apple really Fucking USB2 Speeds in 2023? But I guess Apple people don't use cables for transfering files?

"Just AirDrop it Bro!"

@stefan to be honest I haven't used a cable to transfer files for years

and that's not just limited to iPhones really.

@pixel Lets be real this is just bullshit. I own a phone from 2020 (xperia XZ2 compact) which oh well...

I don't use it super often but especially for bigger files getting stuff from the device without uploading and downloading stuff from my cloud a cable is nice.

Stuff like this is why I can't stand these self-loving pricks at apple. Why can't just make good devices and not be shit just once in their fucking lives?

There is no excuse to ship USB2 as a USB-C in 2023. A pinephone has the same usb-capabilities but its not a $1000+ device ffs.

@pixel There is a twist to this story it seems the Pro Max Model has proper USB 3.1 with 10Gbits on that USB-C Port sure a weird way of segmentation tbh
