Playing with more Monster Hunter weapons.

Charge Blade isn't as hard as everyone seems to say it is. But I do see how it's not super good for new players, the main power is in Savage Axe which can only be activated by focus strikes on wounds or perfect guarding.

Insect Glaive feels like it has a nice moveset but the kinsect mechanic feels awkward to me.

Dual blades is a fun spectacle, but it doesn't feel very engaging past that. Lots of little dopamine hits with it though.

Greatsword is also super simple but gives me that unga bunga big dopamine hit.

Sword and Shield feels very fun. It's flashy, and the combos feel engaging, and I enjoy the versatility. Seems like the most likely secondary for me along with Charge Blade to compliment Hunting Horn.

Still gotta try SwitchAxe, Longsword, lances and the ranged options.

Also it seems like I did not get some memo or something... Can you carry to weapons at once or something?

@stefan you can carry one weapon on you and a different weapon on your mount
