I did not expect things to go that poorly lol. Ryzen be Ryzen it was kinda picky with which ram it wanted to work with (seems like corsair is the winner today)

And well I need to find some solution for my sata-problem lol. Many mainboards just only have 4 ports on them. So I thought I just stuff in a pcie to sata card-thingie I bought a while back into it. Sadly the BIOS is like... Nothing to see chief.

I know its likely not a proper HBA but I thought it would be easy. Linux seems to see *something* as it sees drives which are sata 3Gbps (its really a shitty card having 2x 3Gbits ports on it I learned today...)
Fun stuff. So either look for different MuB or look up HBA
