@paulthenerd Oh my now that is something. Not sure if I would be to happy about Sony tightening their grip on anime, manga and light novels though.
Kadokawa is a freaking behemoth in that industry already... Like wow. They would also get J-Novel club and a big part of Yen Press as well I suppose? (as both are subsidiaries of Kado...) wow.
