@Impossible_PhD planning on coming out at work later this month, but was thinking really hard about coming out on November 1st because it would be so funny to dress up as a woman for a “joke” and then just pretend like it awakened me

@ahuggingsam yeah no it's mega fucking real. I tried on a Tohru cosplay my wife made for herself once before I was ready to face things and found myself feeling Not Good.

@Impossible_PhD so real. I had this on carnival years before my egg cracked. I felt so weird, euphoric and a fear of being "found out" without even realising what exactly that fear was about.

I didn't dare to go out like this - I looked so "realistic". But we took pictures and when we later showed them to friends (guys) as "my cousin" and they wanted her number, I felt weirdly euphoric - and I'm not even into guys

@outrofracofavor @Impossible_PhD I once was "the guy seeking a girlfriend" in a school play and while I was 100% certain it was all costume, I still remember the shiver when my "match" touched me, unscripted.

Costumes are magical.
