Why do platforms compress by dimensions instead of filesize 4mb 1024x768 photograph? Yeah that's fine. 200kb 4K wallpaper? Woah, slow down there, Mister Bandwidth

@volpeon cause they stupid? Or still use CRTs or something with that resolution. Wasn't filesize like the thing to check with such stuff?
