Ok, so I like Linux Mint, but boy do you have to fiddle around with things until they work properly. Still setting up my Steam Library on this and... uhm the user experience is not great on this...

First, Linux considers my second, huge hard drive as a removable hard drive and had to make sure that one is always mounted. But I have to readd it to steam on every boot?

It seems to work now as I have made it the default drive, but still...

@weebdeluxe That should actually not be the case. Linux generally does not mount stuff by default. You will either mount manually (like a removeable drive) or you can do so automatically on boot.

Though for external drives auto-mount is a thing you can activate in settings of the file manager

@stefan I put that drive on auto mount now.

@weebdeluxe you could also mount it in some fixed spot if you wanted. But if that works for you I guess its fine. If you have anything feel free to message.

As with everything stuff works different so there is a learning curve to be had for sure.

@weebdeluxe I tried using mint and it was awful.
Switched to Pop! And it’s a much better experience
