@jsstaedtler Nice work on the checker-pattern dress with the perspective. I just had to do one myself, but I think I probably had a much easier time thanks to having far less of the dress showing!

...Yeah but this was hard, I spent way too long on the perspective and the pattern, and I still don't entirely like it 😮‍💨 but it's good enough for me to post and move on!

@vga256 Thank you! I drew it by hand, one layer of vertical lines and another layer of horizontal lines, with the top layer set to "invert". The methodology was sound, but wow did it look bad at first (the pattern did not match the perspective, like a stereogram gone wrong). I took way too much time fixing it 🥲

@jsstaedtler wow! i had just assumed this was algorithmically accomplished - hand drawn is a crazy feat 🙏

@vga256 I always have terrible luck when deforming a flat texture to match line art, so I've consigned myself to always do it by hand. (Plaid skirts are always a double-edged sword 😔)
