Last night part of my hand was itching and now it’s a bit swollen. wtf?

@echoraptor I don’t see one, and the itching also felt different. It was uniform across the area that’s now swollen with no “epicenter”.

@volpeon well thats the end of my medical knowledge. Try some ice to see if the swelling goes down I suppose!

The swelling is slowly disappearing and feels way less uncomfortable now. What the heck was that?

i think I have an idea. There’s a line on my thumb that stands out a bit. Yesterday I sliced vegetables and that would be the spot to cut yourself if you aren’t careful.
I guess this means I did cut myself after all, but it was so shallow I didn’t see it at all? And somehow that created a stronger reaction than any of the deeper cuts ever have?
