@grillchen thank you for sharing that recipe with me. It was very tasty and interesting to cook. I generally don't really marinade stuff for day to day cooking. Also I usually don't use so much acid while cooking (not even any really). It does taste very good. One problem though....
I just made way too many noodles for it, so I have kinda too much of it.
I wanted to make enough for today and tomorrow. So I guess there will be some left still after tomorrow
