As an aside I also have some lovely marinaded mushrooms (thanks to @grillchen for sharing a seemingly lovely recipe for miso-mushroom pasta blobcatheart)

my shrooms may have slightly burned but taste so nice looking forward to dinner today

@stefan the mushrooms look fine. it is reeeaaaaaallly hard to burn mushrooms. even on an open flame. they contain to much water

@grillchen They do taste good for sure lol. So I will have some lovely pasta today. senkonom Perfect for the long N24 Race coming up.

Though it will not be totally vegan in the end. I just cannot stand vegan cream.

Also I might need to check where I can get nutritional yeast as well nkoThink

@grillchen thank you for sharing that recipe with me. It was very tasty and interesting to cook. I generally don't really marinade stuff for day to day cooking. Also I usually don't use so much acid while cooking (not even any really). It does taste very good. One problem though....

I just made way too many noodles for it, so I have kinda too much of it. neocat_laugh

I wanted to make enough for today and tomorrow. So I guess there will be some left still after tomorrow
