In the next few days, it will be below zero again at night and we won’t have any heating or hot water at home.

After the burner fan failed in November, the control electronics are now broken.

The apartment building is ten years old….

@Erpel .let me guess.. apartment building had no maintenance or service for years? Since that is where people tend to safe money first .. which is not clever but a widespread tactic…
