imagine that it was widespread practise to provide these in epub
like not everyone wants to read a tiny two column layout

@eru You may ask the author of most papers nicely and they will likely give it you in better format and for free

@stefan yeah but that is a pain if you are reading a large number of papers, like i just want publishers to have a download button with pdf and epub as options
was reminded because i was reading an article on PNAS which does this
