You really have to hope that Sergio Perez puts an end to this misery. He won't find a cockpit anywhere if he's now clinging to the Red Bull F1 cockpit.
Maybe he can be part of RedBull in some other way...
@Erpel
There seems speculation Perez will be offered an ambassadorial role for the balance of his contract, should he accept it.

I pity the person they fill the second Reb Bull seat with, knowing Max’s stated intent to ruin his teammates… it isn’t a great look for the team to pander to that, no matter the talent of their primary driver. It is a bad work culture, and Perez is just the latest victim. Should that be true…
@AdminKirsty@infosec.space I think, RB knowing how many team mates Verstappen already crushed (Gasly, Albon, Perez), will go for the "safer" option of Tsunoda.
He has way more experience than Lawson and is a Honda protege, so it is very likely he will have only one year to prove itself (thinking about Honda teaming up with Aston Martin in 2026). If he fails they have a very good reason to get rid of him and if not they have someone to bring them points.
Either way Lawson can gather more experience and can be way better prepared to face Verstappen (if he even drives for RB in 2026).
RB definitley has a lot of leverage in a lot of directions here. The only rumour I think is true, is that Perez last race (for RB at least) will end coming sunday
